The San Leandro Rifle & Pistol Range is an indoor/outdoor shooting facility that is open to the public as well as law enforcement agencies. The San Leandro Range has been in operation since 1957, and it is owned and operated by the Optimist Club of San Leandro - National Rifle Association (NRA) members since 1948. Income from the range supports the Club's various community service projects. One of the few remaining indoor/outdoor ranges in the Bay Area! Firearm education, personal safety education and a junior club are available to the public. We offer fun events to introduce new shooters and their families to the joy of marksmanship and the shooting sports. Our instructors are all NRA certified.
