Exceptions to the Nonimmigrant Visa Prohibition include any of the following conditions.

You have been admitted into the US for lawful hunting purposes.
You are an official representative of a friendly foreign government.
You are a foreign law enforcement officer of a friendly foreign government entering the US on official law enforcement business.
