Exceptions to the Nonimmigrant Visa Prohibition include any of the following conditions.
You possess a valid US hunting license or permit.
You have been admitted into the US for lawful hunting purposes.
You are an official representative of a friendly foreign government.
You are a foreign law enforcement officer of a friendly foreign government entering the US on official law enforcement business.
Suppose you have been admitted into the United States (US) under the Visa Waiver Program from one of the countries listed below. In that case, you may operate a firearm at the San Leandro Rifle & Pistol Range.
